What is coaching?
Coaching focuses on the development and implementation of strategies to help a client reach self-identified goals to enhance performance and personal satisfaction.  Coaching may address specific personal projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or general conditions in the client’s life, business, or profession. Coaching utilizes personal strategic planning, values clarification, brainstorming, motivational interviewing, among other techniques.

Can I pay for each session individually or do I need to purchase a package?
Sessions are billed up front in packages of five.  Fees for coaching packages are due upon receipt of the invoice.  Information about how to make electronic payments by credit card or EFT is included with your invoice.

What is your cancelation policy?
You are required to give 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or change the time of an appointment. If you cancel less that 24-hours in advance, you will be charged for 100% of the session fee. I will make every effort to reschedule cancelled sessions in a timely manner.
